On May 5, 2008, SCE&G Power Marketing assigned to Orangeburg Department of Public Utilities its rights, including its transmission reservation, under the NITSA and NOA filed in Docket No. ER01-3061-000 and designated as Service Agreement No. 96.
On July 13, 2007, SCE&G filed a compliance tariff with FERC under Order 890. Pending FERC action on that filing, SCE&G will operate under this compliance tariff. The complete tariff can be found under the Tariff Documents listed below.
On July 10, 2007 SCE&G updated its draft Business Practices with revised Rules, Standards and Practices, posted Customer Q &A’s and posted its Designated Network Resources for Network Customers. See links below for each of the items.
SCE&G-Transmission would like to remind its customers that it anticipates updating its business practices from time-to-time over the coming months as regulatory developments occur and business necessity dictates.
