How do I sign up for online account access?

Simply register your online account from any account sign in location on our Web site and follow the prompts. You will need the following information found on your bill:

13-digit account number
4-digit Activation Code (See our FAQ entitled "What is an activation code and how do I get one?" for more details.) or the account holder’s Social Security number (residential accounts only).
