If you can’t locate your activation code or don’t have a copy of your bill, call our 24-hour Customer Service Center toll-free at 1-800-251-7234 for assistance. Due to our confidentiality policy, we are unable to send your activation code to you via e-mail.
If you are a non-residential customer, please call Customer Service toll-free at 1-800-251-7234 to request an activation code.
