How do I sign up for service?
First, have the following information available:

  • Your complete address, including city, where you would like service
  • Your mailing address, if different than the address where you want service
  • Your phone number
  • Your Social Security number or tax ID
  • Your driver's license number and expiration date
  • If applicable, your spouse's name and Social Security number
  • The name of a contact person and a phone number
  • If applicable, your landlord’s name

Next, call toll-free at 1-800-251-7234 or visit one of our convenient Customer Service offices. An interpreter is available if needed. We’ll let you know if anything else is needed and what to expect. A deposit may be required.

Customer Service representatives are available by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
