How do I disconnect service?

Call toll-free 1-800-251-7234, and a Customer Service representative will assist you. Customer Service representatives are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

When you call, be prepared to provide us with a date to turn your service off and a forwarding address. Service orders are scheduled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and we need at least one business day’s notice to schedule an order.
