How do I transfer service to a new address?
Visit our Stop/Start/Transfer Service page and sign in to your account to transfer service, or call toll-free 1-800-251-7234, and a Customer Service representative will assist you. Customer Service representatives are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When you call, please provide your start and stop dates. You can keep the service on at both addresses while moving. Service orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and we need at least one business day’s notice to schedule an order.
