NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (April 9, 2010) – Motorists should expect lane closures on North Rhett Avenue between Remount Road and I-526 due to utility construction from 6 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday, April 10. Crews will route south-bound traffic around the work area through the median. All lanes are expected to be open to traffic by 6 p.m.
