SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (July 11, 2011) – West 9th North Street will be closed between North Cedar Street and North Main Street on Sat. July 16, 2011 from 6:30 to noon due to scheduled underground maintenance work by SCE&G. Streets are expected to be open to traffic again at noon.
