Help for the Hearing Impaired
Relay South Carolina provides translator services for hearing and speech impaired customers to communicate with SCE&G in the event of a power outage or if they have questions about their bill. The free service connects deaf, hard-of-hearing, and/or speech-disabled people who use text telephones (TTYs) with standard (voice) telephone users.
