If you or someone in your household is hearing impaired, our TDD (Telecommunications Device for the Deaf) services provide a way to communicate with SCE&G. TDD can be used to notify us of a power outage, for billing questions or for getting information.

We maintain special equipment in our offices to receive messages from TDD customers. All that is required is for you to install a similar machine in your home so you can communicate with us. Please contact us using your TDD at 803-217-4436.
