Your Payment Stub is located at the top of your statement.

Amount Due/Draft Amount On
If you're participating in our Electronic Banking Service, you'll see the total amount scheduled to be drafted from your account and the date. Otherwise, this will display your amount due. If you're on our Easy Payment Plan (EPP) this amount due is your EPP amount.

Below it you will see the total current account balance. This will help you keep up with the difference between your EPP payment and how much energy you're actually using.

This section also includes account number and your total amount due. Make sure you fill in the amount you're enclosing, and include your account number on your check or money order if that's how you'll be paying. Please be sure to return the payment stub with your payment.

If you participate in our Easy Payment Plan, the amount you pay will appear in this section. We also include the amount of the actual electric and gas charges for comparison.

With the Easy Payment Plan (EPP) it's easy to budget for your energy bills because you pay the same amount every month.

Here's how it works. We estimate your energy costs for the next 12 months, based on your past usage, and spread that amount into 12 equal payments. That monthly amount is your EPP payment.

For the next 12 months, each monthly bill will show your actual usage, your total amount due based on usage, and your special EPP amount. You simply pay the EPP amount.

After 12 months, we'll recalculate your bill based on your actual usage.

If the total amount you paid during the 12-month period is less than your actual billing amount, you can either pay the difference in full or have the difference added to your recalculated EPP for the next 12 months.

If the total amount you paid is more than your actual billing amount (we owe you), then we'll apply the overage to your recalculated EPP for the next 12 months.

Usually, your monthly EPP will not change during the year but we do monitor EPP accounts to prevent large billing balances from accruing. For example, your EPP amount may need to be adjusted if your billing rate changes, you add or eliminate equipment resulting in dramatic increases or reductions in your electricity or natural gas usage, or your usage changes significantly due to weather abnormalities.

Start making budgeting for your energy bills easier.
