Your bill is calculated using the rate in effect at the time of your statement date. To see the rate used to calculate a previous bill, refer to the first page of your printed statement. *SCE&G’s Value Rate rewards customers who use an average of 10 therms of gas per month during the summer months with a rate reduction that is approximately six cents per therm lower than our standard rate.
