SCE&G has added a collection of online tools that can be accessed within your online account to make your work and your properties easier to manage. Online property management allows you to:
- Monitor and update account status changes
- Manage revert to landlord properties
- Schedule online payments
Don't have an online account?
Register your online account. You may be prompted to complete the Terms and Conditions before you can complete the registration process.
Already have an online account?
Sign in above and the Property Management link will display within your Account Management options if you are listed as the property manager/landlord of any addresses.
If the Property Management link is not available or the list of your properties is not correct, contact customer service at 1-800-251-7234.
Manage just a few properties and don't need online services?
From time to time you may have tenant turnover and want to prevent disruption of service. The easiest way to prevent this is to sign a Revert to Landlord agreement with SCE&G so that the account will automatically go back into your name when your tenant turns off service.
