Cayce, S.C. (Sept. 21, 2017) – SCE&G will host customer workshops in Mt. Pleasant to provide information about online tools and options that make doing business with the company more convenient.
Customer service representatives will be available at the Mt. Pleasant business office located at 1277 Chuck Dawley Blvd. on Sept. 25 and 29 and again on Oct. 2 and 6. They will talk with customers about the following topics:
- Online and mobile payment channels
- Budget billing
- Paperless billing
- Authorized payment locations
- Outage notification via text
- Energy savings tips
- Analyzing energy usage online
No appointment is necessary, and customers can visit the Mt. Pleasant business office from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. to participate in the “Let’s Talk” workshop.
“We are always looking for ways to provide our customers with excellent service and we believe these ‘Let’s Talk’ sessions do just that,” said Sam Dozier, SCE&G vice president of customer service. “During the sessions we will be providing customers with information about programs and services that can assist them and make connecting with us more convenient for them.”
