Cayce, S.C. (Sept. 21, 2017) – SCE&G will host customer workshops in Walterboro to provide information about online tools and options that make doing business with the company more convenient.
Customer service representatives will be available at the Walterboro business office located at 1487 N Jefferies Hwy on Sept. 25 and 29 and again on Oct. 2 and 6. They will talk with customers about the following topics:
- Online and mobile payment channels
- Budget billing
- Paperless billing
- Authorized payment locations
- Outage notification via text
- Energy savings tips
- Analyzing energy usage online
No appointment is necessary, and customers can visit the Walterboro business office from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. to participate in the “Let’s Talk” workshop.
