- Submit 2-3 months before your project / program starts. Our executive committee reviews applications in January, March, May, July, September and November. The cut-off is the first business day of those months.
- The committee will review an organization's request(s) once during the calendar year. Complete a separate online application for each event, project or program, but be sure all are submitted online by the deadline.
- Once you have entered your organization's basic profile information, fields in subsequent applications will be prepopulated to save you time.
