IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS: Dominion Energy South Carolina is supporting the national effort to stop the spread of Coronavirus and is taking steps to limit the impact of the virus throughout the company and the communities we serve. For the safety of our customers and program field personnel, we are limiting pick-ups to units that can be left outside of the home (i.e. in garage, on porch or driveway) effective Monday, March 16. All units must (1) be in working order at time of pick-up and plugged in, if possible. If the unit cannot be plugged in, the field personnel will use a mobile device to test the unit and (2) include a written note with the customer’s pick-up approval and signature placed inside the unit OR a clearly marked pick-up approval with signature written on the exterior of the unit. If the unit cannot be left outside due to inclement weather, please call 1-877-510-7234 to reschedule. Please take note that in-home pick-up is not available until further notice.
